Konrad is a digital pioneer in Australia. At the age of 21 he co-founded digital agency Visual Jazz (now Isobar) and went on to lead the business through three acquisitions, building the Isobar Group to over 500 digital experts across ANZ.
Renowned as a dynamic entrepreneur, inspiring leader, strategist and innovator, Konrad is a highly regarded advisor and investor in the Australian start-up ecosystem. After leaving his role as CEO of Isobar in 2019, Konrad has returned to his start-up roots, launching another new business, Shadowboxer.
Shadowboxer is a Venture studio focused on helping founders accelerate their mission. They engage with businesses in short, sharp and accountable project work that specifically address a business issue rather than on-selling creative, tech or media that a brand doesn’t need.

Hannah is a proven entrepreneur and brand building expert. With a background in strategy, marketing and e-commerce, she is highly creative and renowned for bringing immense energy and exceptional problem-solving skills to everything she does.
In 2015 Hannah founded LVLY, a fast growth flower & gift delivery business which was ranked #8 in the 2021 AFR Fast 100 as well as being listed in Deloitte's 'Tech Fast 50' and Inside Retail's 'Australia's 20 coolest retailers'. Hannah recently led a successful exit for LVLY resulting in the business being acquired by Limitless Technology Group.
She is a passionate advocate of women in business and is dedicated to building businesses with a strong social and environmental conscience. In her role as LVLY CEO she was recognised as ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ by B&T Women In Media Awards 2019, ‘Telstra Business Women’s Awards’ winner 2020, ‘Founder of the Year’ by Women in Digital 2021 and ‘Melbourne Young Entrepreneur’ winner 2022.
